Niki Mimoni
Niki's renowned high levels of energy and enthusiasm are demonstrated in the high expectations she has of consumers, colleagues - and clients, and particularly in her group moderation and presentation skills. She has an ability always positively to challenge and hence to add an extra dimension to a thought, proposition or solution.
Her unrelenting probing skills are rooted in her background as a Law student which also feeds her incisive and insightful analysis. Niki's ability to demand that purpose, method, direction and next action is clarified and understood, no matter what the project, has also served Crucible well in her role as our Managing Director. 'Let's cut to the chase' is probably her strap line.
