Jane Oakley

 

Right from a very early age, Jane's favourite word has always been why?. She is dogged in her probing at all stages of the research process, from briefing to running groups to writing debriefs. She believes her role is to have an interesting conversation rather than to conduct an interrogation, and her aim is for consumers to say they have enjoyed and been stimulated by sessions she has run.

Jane's technical knowledge and expertise (gained from hands-on experience of client-side research as well as in qualitative agencies) is harnessed in her creative construction of research methodologies that result in stimulating dialogues with consumers of all kinds.

She has a particular skill in distilling and crystallising findings; and then articulating them in expressive, concise and illuminating ways.
